“Ozzy”
We have been putting our cat Ozzy into Harmony Cattery for a number of years now and as frequent holiday goers, it is extremely important to us that our cat has the best quality of care when we are away.
I cannot praise Karen enough. The level of care Karen shows is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and even when Ozzy has had certain needs i.e. medication, Karen ensures it’s been administered.
The rooms they have are extremely safe. The set up means that the cats can see the outside world rather than be cooped up in an enclosed enclosure. I cannot praise Harmony Cattery enough and Ozzy always comes home very content and a happy boy which speaks a thousand words itself!

“The Bengals”
“I entrusted my four indoor Bengal cats with Karen at Harmony Cattery for a period of almost two months (January and February 2019). My older two aged seven have been with Karen before, the two younger boys aged just two had never been away from me before. 
Thanks to Karen having the two double enclosures, each pair were able to be together.
Karen sent me regular updates and photographs of the cats so that I could see they were faring well.
Karen noticed that my older boy wasn’t eating so well, she alerted me as she was worried he was losing weight. We arranged for his favorite wet food to be available and all was well.
My cats enjoyed the view of the garden, the birds that show themselves there. And Karen and her husband showered play and affection on my cats.
When I picked them up after such a long period, they were very pleased to see me. I had had some concern about getting them back into a single space together, my fears were unfounded however.
They have settled back in really well.
It is great to know that there is a place I can 100% trust and rely upon for the welfare of my cats.”

She came back looking fabulous; relaxed, groomed & very well cared for.

This is the first time that we have left Jessie while we are away and you were very kind to keep us updated with photos and reports on her.

“Thank you Karen for the loving care given to Tom and Mary during their two month stay. We were naturally concerned about our elderly cats who had never before been away from home. You cheerfully managed Tom’s chronic health condition, his need for regular medication and, as Melvyn and I know too well, a sometimes non compliant attitude. When I collected them they both were relaxed and contented. They looked quite at home in the cattery. The site is very clean, beautifully maintained and in a peaceful location. Playtime is fun!
We completely appreciate that our guests need to have
as much fun as they want while staying with us.
It helps to keep them occupied, alert and maintains the level of human contact they would have had if they were at home.
Sometimes though, they’ll find their own games to play.
Zebedee & Archie
Having previously relied on friends to provide cat-care during absences, it was with extreme caution & reluctance we sought out a cattery for the first time ever. Especially as this time, the 2 guests would be our new, much-loved, 17-week old kittens! They had only recently settled in our own home, let alone a new, smaller environment with different smells, routines etc. I was terrified! However, our fears were totally unfounded once we found Harmony 
Cattery. Karen, the owner, is the loveliest foster kitten/cat carer imaginable! Nothing was too much trouble, from my mountainous initial enquiries, to feeding at specific times, much kitten play & providing lots of care & cuddles. Even to accepting the box of rubbish (literally!) our pesky pair love playing with; paper/ string/ plastic sheets/ rubber bands/ foil balls- the lot! All catered for in a spotlessly clean, roomy pen with lots of fresh air & greenery to look out onto. And for us, the anxious parents? Updates & even photos, via email & texts! Care for all– HUGELY appreciated!
We can’t recommend Karen highly enough- a total star! We have already booked their next stay & this time, it will be less stressful for us. We know our 2 chaps will receive nothing but the best of care & attention. A first rate spot, a BIG thumbs & paws up for Harmony Cattery! All thanks to you Karen, from the entire Hall household 🙂
Buzz & Louis
After booking a family holiday to Orlando for a 3 week vacation, 
the next step was finding a suitable cattery for my two loving boys Buzz and Louis.
Since both boys being kittens we have been “joined at the hip” so this task wasn’t going to be the easiest, or so I thought.
Harmony Cattery was the best choice.
Karen eased my mind every step of the way with regular photos and messages throughout my trip. It was a beautiful touch.
The Cat Houses were extremely clean and spacious with plump beds and a selection of toys that even I wouldn’t mind staying in one!
Their stay was 5 Star and I couldn’t thank Karen enough.
“Claude”
As you know, this is the first time we have left our chunky monkey “Claude” in a cattery, and be it he is a rescue cat that has only been with us for 8 months, I was very anxious about the whole thing. Not knowing how he would be after spending nearly 4 months in a rescue centre, before we adopted him.
When I visited Harmony Cattery to have a look around and to meet you, my fears all vanished.
You are such a lovely lady and it was obvious that your priority was to make the cats feel loved and looked after. 
The whole Cattery had a lovely feeling about it, it was light/airy & clean, so I didn’t think twice about reserving Claude a space there and then.
The video/photos and messages you sent were so lovely to receive and made me smile and reassured me. Even though we were only away for 4 days it was lovely to receive them.
When we picked him up after his stay and got him home, he didn’t seem phased by his little holiday break at all. Which tells me he was very well looked after and happy.
So with that in mind he will definitely be coming back to you.
